making bread




If you asked me what I have been busy with. I will say “I have been making a lot of breads and have been obsessed with making bread using natural yeast.”

This is my bible now!!

I am making “pain de mie” with raisin and prune yeast water today!! Will show more pictures later!! It’s 77 degrees today in LA. Almost too hot for spring but very good for making bread!
